Let’s say you’re an performance marketing agency owner. Drop a performance marketing tip/lesson/framework/piece of advice that makes your followers’ lives easier.
They’ll be sharing your content faster than a cat doing somersaults on TikTok.
DO THIS: got a cool tip? Post it. Right now. Break it down like you’re explaining it to a friend over coffee. Keep it casual, keep it real.
2. Trust: The Power of Educational Content
Trust isn’t given, it’s earned.
And nothing earns trust like giving away a slice of your brain for free. When you educate, you’re not just pumping out noise. You’re building an empire of trust, brick by brick.
Imagine this: your posts become the go-to morning read.
When someone’s doing their morning number 2 or making their morning coffee. Why? Because you solve their problems in a relatable way.
DO THIS: take the top question your ICP has and answer it in a post. Add a bit of your personality and hit post.
3. Universal Appeal: Storytelling as a Brand Humaniser
Stories are the secret sauce.
They turn your brand from just a piece of content to an emotional connection. And yes, you’ve got stories worth telling. Think of that time you turned a fail into a win. That’s gold.
Stories give you and your brand life.
DO THIS: Think about the ‘aha’ moments in your journey. Write a post about it, unfiltered. I never advise my clients to edit stories much, they need to be real.
4. Resonate: Connecting through Personal Stories
You’re not just a logo or a catchy tagline.
You’re the blood, sweat and late-night brainstorm sesh’s. Share that. When people see your hustle, your grind, they see themselves. And that’s when they resonate.
Pull back the curtain and show them the behind the scenes.
DO THIS: Write a real gritty, real story from your week. That moment you crushed it or the time you just completely failed. Post it with a pic. And no I don’t mean a pic of you under a water fountain in Bali. A pic of you, in the trenches, getting s**t done.
5. Subtle Influence: The Art of Selling Without Selling
You don’t have to scream “Buy now!” to get the sale.
Nope.
Show them the dream, the results, the life they could have with what you’re offering. It’s about painting pictures with your words, letting the product sell itself through stories of success.
DO THIS: Share a success snapshot. Client transformation, happy DM, testimonial, small win. No sales pitch needed when you show results.
6. Show, Don’t Tell: Establish Authority with Results
Results ARE your business.
Show them.
A picture of a transformed client or a screenshot of your killer analytics does more for your authority than a bunch of marketing or sales tripe.
DO THIS: Get all your client stats and lay ‘em out. Make a quick list of all the stats and wins for each client. Take one client and ship a “Here’s how I did it” post.

But if you don’t, it’s fine. No one’s gonna die. Life happens.
I often don’t follow my content strategy because sometimes I don’t get ahead on my content because I’m at the beach or I’m away or I’m busy.
